State Farm Arena: Atlanta's Premier Live Entertainment Destination
State Farm Arena stands as the undisputed home of major live entertainment in Atlanta. Located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta at One State Farm Drive, the arena anchors a thriving entertainment corridor that includes Centennial Olympic Park, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and the Georgia World Congress Center. With a capacity exceeding 21,000 seats, it is one of the largest and most sophisticated indoor venues in the southeastern United States.
The arena completed a landmark $192.5 million renovation in 2018, transforming it into one of the most technologically advanced and fan-friendly venues in the country. The renovation introduced wider concourses, improved sightlines from every seat level, elevated food and beverage offerings, and a next-generation scoreboard system that enhances every live experience — whether it is a Hawks game, a major concert, or a sold-out comedy event like Leanne Morgan: The Time of Our Lives Tour at State Farm Arena.
Getting to State Farm Arena from anywhere in metro Atlanta is straightforward. The arena sits steps from two MARTA rail stations — Five Points Station and the Dome/GWCC/CNN Center Station — making it one of the most transit-accessible venues in the South. Fans driving in benefit from extensive parking in the surrounding Downtown Atlanta deck network. The neighborhood energy on event nights is electric, with pre-show dining and nightlife options lining Marietta Street and Centennial Olympic Park Avenue.
Leanne Morgan Takes the Stage
Leanne Morgan is one of the most authentic and relatable voices in American comedy. Born and raised in Bean Station, Tennessee, Morgan built her fanbase the hard way — years of grinding the road, performing at clubs and theaters across the country, all while raising a family and staying true to the Southern working-class wit that makes her comedy resonate with millions. Her rise to national prominence was not an overnight moment; it was the earned reward of a career defined by genuine storytelling and ironclad connection to her audience.
Morgan's comedy draws from the real, messy, hilarious truth of middle-aged Southern womanhood — marriage, motherhood, aging, and the absurdity of everyday life. Her Netflix special, her viral social media presence, and her relentless touring schedule have built her one of the most loyal fanbases in stand-up comedy today. When Leanne Morgan announced The Time of Our Lives Tour, tickets moved immediately in every market — and Atlanta is no exception.
Seeing Leanne Morgan live at State Farm Arena is a fundamentally different experience than watching a special at home. The communal energy of a packed arena full of fans who already know every reference, every rhythm, and every punchline amplifies the comedy to another level entirely. This is a performer who feeds off her audience and delivers something genuinely alive every single night.
